Revoria XMF PressReady is integrated with Fujifilm’s established and respected XMF Workflow system, allowing print businesses to manage both offset and digital production via one integrated workflow, making it an ideal solution for those who offer hybrid printing services. When used in combination with Fujifilm’s Revoria Press PC1120 and Revoria Flow DFE, XMF PressReady, can completely automate the flow of print work from order intake to printed product by preconfiguring and automating the flow of work through the Revoria Flow DFE.

Integration

Revoria XMF PressReady can integrate with other systems such as Management Information Systems (MIS) and web to print systems allowing up stream systems to be fully connected to the digital print production flow.

Revoria XMF PressReady Lite

Revoria XMF PressReady Lite adds workflow automation to the Revoria Flow server, extending its capabilities by being able to create automated production flows to sort, group, check and fix PDF files supplied for printing.

Full PDF pre-flighting

PressReady Lite contains a full PDF pre-flighting system and can quickly check for all types of issues that may affect the quality of printing, or may even prevent the PDF file from printing at all. This helps protect your profits as the cost of printing a poorly prepared PDF file can result in wasted media, wasted toner and wasted time.

Check and fix common issues

PressReady Lite provides a valuable quality control gate before printing, checking for things such as poor image resolution and the presence of RGB images, and if there are cut, trim and bleed settings in the file. But where PressReady Lite adds even more value is in its ability to not only just check for errors, but automatically fix many common problems.

Automatically gang similar jobs to optimise efficiency

The workflow automation found in PressReady Lite is only usually found in high end workflow solutions. When printing many different sized print jobs on different media, and with and without speciality toners, it quickly becomes a daunting task to sort and group jobs to optimise the efficiency of print production.
